Part of your admission application involves selecting the courses you will take at the university.
There is an academic coordinator at each school at UNC. This person will be your academic tutor and will be able to answer your questions about classes, curricula, subjects’ syllabus (and, once you are in Córdoba, enrollment procedures and schedules).
You must include the possible courses (materias) you will take at UNC in KUNTUR’s “Study Plan” (Plan de Estudios) tab. Your university will probably ask you to also complete this information in a learning agreement.
The study plan is important as it will enable the transfer of credits once you return to your home university..
Make sure your course selection corresponds to the semester that you will be at UNC (first semester: March to July - second semester: August to December).
Classes start and end dates, as well as final exams, may vary according to each school. Check the academic calendar of your school with your academic coordinator.
Study plans may be modified at certain times during the exchange period, for example, when you enroll in the school. Be sure to discuss these changes with the local academic coordinator and the institutional coordinator from your home university.
You will need to get your student visa before entering the country.
There are two options to obtain your visa:
In person at the Argentine Consulate closest to your current location. Check here.
On-line through the platform TIE24H (only for individuals that do not require a tourist visa to enter the Argentine Republic.) Check here.

Córdoba is a city that has its own identity, with significant heritage, historical and cultural value. It’s a city with over four centuries of history, featuring modern buildings, important shopping centers, an outstanding hotel and gastronomic offer and a vibrant nightlife.
This is Córdoba! Welcome to Córdoba, a vibrant city known for its rich student history, from the University Reform to revolutions like “el Cordobazo”; famous for both its church bells and its passionate spirit. Córdoba, often called “la Docta”, is the capital of culture and good sense of humor, and is celebrated for its lively ‘cuarteto’ music scene. It is located in the center of Argentina, connected to every corner of the country.
We are waiting for you. Enjoy Córdoba City!
Remember that there are three academic standings (condiciones de cursado):
–Promocional: Student with final exam exemption
–Regular: Regular student
–Libre: Non-regular student: this option is not available for international exchange students.
o sit for the final exams, remember to register on the dates established by each school. As an international student, you must register and take the exams on the first call. In case you pass the course as a promocional student with “final exam exemption”, you should check the assessment method for the course with the professor (oral/written exam, presentation of practical work). Also, you should check whether you need to sign any exam record or stop by the Student’s Office before leaving.
The academic transcript will only be issued if you have sent your proof of a valid student visa with a definite effective date and met the requirements with your official Spanish language certification (where applicable).
Once your final exam grades are uploaded by the Students’ Office, Kuntur will automatically send your transcript to your e-mail and your university’s email address.
We invite you to share your experience during your academic stay at UNC.
The goal of this is that you can let us know about the valuable lessons you have gained during your time here through videos and photos taken with your phone.
